摘要
大豆kunitz型胰蛋白酶抑制剂(SBTi A2)存在于种子中,2种kunitz型胰蛋白酶抑制剂Tia和Tid得到纯化,并对它们的pH稳定性和温度稳定性进行了比较研究,而且通过人工饲料喂养鳞翅目昆虫棉铃虫来研究SBTi A2的抗虫性.结果显示,棉铃虫的幼虫喂食含有Tia的人工饲料后,表现出生长延缓、体重减轻、羽化率降低、死亡率增加.由此显示了SBTi A2作为生物农药及利用转基因方法使作物提高抗虫性的应用前景.
Soybean kuntiztype trypsin inhibitors (SBTi) are ubiquitous in soybean seeds and two kinds of SBTi- Tia and Tid were purified from different varieties of soybean seeds. Compare the pH stability and thermal stability of Tia and Tid then study the insectresistance of Tia by feeding Heliothis armgera Hubner, a kind of lepidopteran pest harmful to cotton. Heliothis armgera larvae which grow on artificial feed of Tia showed slow growth, light weight, low maturation, and high death rate, which indicates the further prospect of using SBTi as a biological chemical or as an insectresistant gene to be transferred into plants.
