硅油/SiO_(2)纳米胶囊改性MC尼龙复合材料的性能

摘要 以二甲基硅油为芯材、二氧化硅(SiO_(2))为壁材,利用模板法及溶胶凝胶法,在水包油(O/W)乳液体系中,制备了规则球形的壳为SiO_(2)、囊芯为硅油的硅油/SiO_(2)纳米胶囊。并且,将纳米胶囊添加到MC尼龙中,制备MC尼龙/纳米胶囊复合材料。利用FTIR、SEM及TEM对纳米胶囊进行结构表征,利用DSC、TG、SEM、电子万能试验机、数字冲击试验机及DIN磨耗测试对复合材料的性能进行测试,实验结果表明,加入纳米胶囊后,材料的稳定性能得到改善,与纯样品相比,材料的热分解温度较高。当硅油/SiO_(2)纳米胶囊的添加量为0.2%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了24.11%;当硅油/SiO_(2)纳米胶囊的添加量为0.3%时,其磨损性能及冲击强度表现最佳,磨耗量降低了29.5%,冲击强度提高了49.82%。 Regular spherical silicone oil/SiO_(2) nanocapsules were prepared by template method and sol gel method in oil in water(O/W)lotion system with dimethyl silicone oil as the core material and silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))as the wall material.And the prepared nanocapsules were added into MC nylon to prepare MC nylon/nanocapsule composite materials.The structure of nanocapsules was characterized using FTIR,SEM and TEM,and the properties of the composite materials were measured using DSC,TG,SEM,electronic universal testing machine,digital impact testing machine,and DIN wear test.The experimental results showed that,the stability of the material was improved by the addition of nanocapsules,with a higher thermal decomposition temperature than the pure sample.when the addition amount of silicone oil/SiO_(2) nanocapsules was 0.2%,the tensile strength of the composite material increased by 24.11%;When the addition amount of silicone oil/SiO_(2) nanocapsules was 0.3%,the wear performance and impact strength were the best,with a decrease of 29.5%in wear and an increase of 49.82%in impact strength.
