自适性扩底抗拔桩智能控制技术

摘要 采用自主设计的一种新型的自适性扩底抗拔桩智能控制施工工艺,该工艺适用于富水中风化泥岩或中风化砂岩地层,可以有效地解决地铁车站明挖开挖引起的结构上浮问题。分别从工艺特点、工艺原理和流程、工程实例和结果评价4个方面进行了详细的阐述,以成都轨道交通19号线二期工程合江站和红莲村南站工程为依托,证明了该工艺的安全性、可靠性、环保性、经济性和技术先进性。 This paper introduces a new intelligent control construction technology for self-designed adaptive expansion bottom anti pull piles.This process is suitable for weathered mudstone or moderately weathered sandstone formations in rich water,and can effectively solve the problem of structural uplift caused by open excavation of subway stations.This paper describes the process characteristics,process principles and processes,engineering examples and result evaluation in detail.Relying on the Hejiang Station and Hongliancun South Station of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 19 Phase II Project,this process has proved its safety,reliability,environmental protection,economy and technological progressiveness.
