摘要
针对当前电网电能质量现状,提出基于随机森林算法的电力数字化优化评估模型。通过分析随机森林算法在电力数字化优化中的应用,建立电力数字化优化模型架构,计算相关指标权重。分析电力电网中的基础设施资源提供能力和运营管理能力得出,采用所提模型确定最终选定的方案和备选方案时,选定方案(输出结果>0.95)与备选方案(0.75~0.95)比例分别为0.99%、1.32%,且计算主观权重结果趋于另外两种方法的权重值之间。所提模型对备选网架优化方案的容忍度更低,筛选精度更高,验证了所提优化评估模型的合理性。
According to the current power quality status of the power grid,this paper proposes a digital power optimization evaluation model based on random forest algorithm.By analyzing the application of random forest algorithm in electric power digital optimization,the model structure of electric power digital optimization is established,and the weights of relevant indicators are calculated.By analyzing the capability of infrastructure resource provision and operation management in power grid,it is concluded that when the final selected scheme and alternative scheme are determined by the model in this paper,the ratio of the selected scheme(output result>0.95)to the alternative scheme(0.75~0.95)is 0.99%and 1.32%,respectively.The results of subjective weight calculation tend to be between the weight values of the other two methods.Therefore,the model in this paper has lower tolerance and higher screening accuracy for alternative grid optimization schemes,which verifies the rationality of the optimization evaluation model.
