多机场终端区多场景运行仿真建模与性能评估

Simulation Modeling and Performance Evaluation of Multi-airport Terminal Area Operation under Multi-scenarios

摘要 复杂终端区内多机场、进离场之间耦合交互,导致空域容量难以准确评估与整体提升,为此研究了多机场终端区多场景运行仿真建模与综合评估问题。考虑航向引导调配、等待空域配置等不同策略因素,设计多元化的多机场终端区运行场景集合,构建基于AirTOp的多机场终端区运行仿真模型,从安全、效率和容量三个视角提出了多机场终端区运行综合评估方法,并选取某终端区进行实例验证分析。仿真结果表明,所建模型及方法可对不同场景下的复杂终端区进离场活动进行精细化仿真,并准确评估复杂终端区多场景运行能力,为复杂终端区运行管理提供关键数据支撑和建模参考依据。 The complex terminal area with multiple airports and the coupled interactions between arrivals and departures makes it difficult to accurately evaluate and improve the airspace capacity as a whole.Therefore,the modeling and comprehensive evaluation of multi-scenario operation simulation in multi-airport terminal areas were studied.Considering different strategic factors such as heading guidance allocation and holding airspace configuration,a diverse set of multi-airport terminal area operation scenarios is designed,and a simulation model for multi-airport terminal area operations based on AirTOp Software is constructed.A comprehensive evaluation method for multi-airport terminal area operation is proposed from a multi-dimensional perspective including safety,efficiency and capacity,and the Zhuhai terminal area is selected for example verification and analysis.The simulation results show that the constructed model and methodology can finely simulate the arrival and departure movements at complex terminal areas in different scenarios,and effectively tap into the operational capabilities of complex terminal areas under different scenarios.The proposed method can provide key data support and modeling reference for the operation and management of complex terminal areas.
