碳化硅陶瓷膜在MTO化工污水回用应用的试验研究

摘要 本试验采用浸没式超滤工艺研究了碳化硅陶瓷膜对某化工厂MTO化工污水和清净废水过滤的工艺特性和效果,分析了不同水质来源对膜通量的影响以及不同膜通量下跨膜压差(TMP)、产水水质的变化关系,为同类污水回用项目的建设提供了设计参考。 In this experiment,the submerged ultrafiltration process was used to study the process characteristics and effects of silicon carbide Ceramic membrane on the filtration of chemical wastewater and clean wastewater in a chemical plant,and the influence of different water quality sources on membrane flux,as well as the relationship between transmembrane pressure difference(TMP)and produced water quality under different membrane flux were analyzed,providing a design reference for the construction of similar wastewater reuse projects.
