摘要
随着全民健身上升为国家战略,人们对体育器械的应用需求越来越强烈,体育器械从过去的功能单一发展到现在的多功能化。皮革材料是体育器械制作中很常见的材料。对此,本文简述了皮革材料在体育器械领域中的应用现状,介绍了高性能黄牛皮体操护掌、环保型健身器皮革护罩、三防牛头层手套和避免银过敏的公共健身器材靠垫的生产工艺流程及成品的性能优势,并展望了体育器械用皮革生产工艺的发展方向,以期促进皮革生产工艺的改进与皮革体育器械应用性能的提升。
With the rise of national fitness as a national strategy,people's demand for the application of sports e-quipment is becoming more and more intense,sports equipment from the past function of single development to the present multi-functional.Leather material is a very common material in the manufacture of sports equipment.In this paper,the application status of leather materials in the field of sports equipment was briefly described,the production process and performance advantages of high performance yellow leather gymnastics palm guard,environmental protec-tion fitness machine leather shield,three anti-cow head layer gloves and silver allergy avoidance public fitness equip-ment cushion were introduced,and the development direction of leather production technology for sports equipment was prospected to promote the improvement of leather production technology and leather sports equipment application performance.
