摘要
本文以新疆维吾尔自治区工程建设项目审批管理系统为例,梳理总结新疆工程建设项目全生命周期数字化管理现状,并分析存在的问题,提出生命周期数字化管理下一步发展方向,从全流程数字化报建、全面推行房屋建筑统一赋码、数据归集共享、一套图纸数字化管理以及深度融合数字化管理的创新等五个方面进行探索实践,作为全面实现工程建设项目全生命周期的数字化管理以及房屋全生命周期数字化管理的扩展和延伸。
This article takes the approval management system of engineering construction projects in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,summarizes the current status of digital management throughout the entire life cycle of engineering construction projects in Xinjiang,analyzes existing problems,and proposes the next development direction of digital life cycle management.It also explores the innovation practice from five aspects,including full-process digital construction application,comprehensive implementation of unified coding for residential building,data collection and sharing,digital management of one-set drawings,and deep integration of digital management,so as to provide an extension of comprehensive implementation of whole lifecycle digital management on engineering construction and housing projects.
