国际视野中的校园欺凌:特征、影响因素与防治策略——基于PISA 2018测试数据的分析

摘要 近年来,校园欺凌已成为全球共同关注的热点话题。PISA 2018对15岁学生校园欺凌的经历和态度进行了调查。结果显示,从特征来看,各国言语欺凌和关系欺凌比肢体欺凌更为普遍,不同国家和学校学生遭受校园欺凌程度存在较大差异,校园欺凌发生率越高的学校学生幸福感越弱,近九成学生赞成反欺凌,女孩反欺凌态度比男孩更强烈。校园欺凌主要受学生和学校两个层面因素的影响。应加强制定和完善反欺凌方案,有效预防校园欺凌;创设育人性和同伴欣赏性的学校环境,营造和谐、安全的校园氛围;增强教师对学生欺凌事件的干预,实现“零容忍”校园欺凌治理愿景。 In recent years,school bullying has become a hot topic of global concern.PISA 2018 examines 15-year-olds’experiences and attitudes towards bullying in school.The results showed that verbal bullying and relationship bullying were more common than physical bullying in different countries,and the degree of bullying suffered by students in different countries and schools varied greatly.The higher the incidence of bullying,the lower the happiness of students in schools,nearly 90%of students in favor of anti-bullying,and the anti-bullying attitude of girls was stronger than that of boys.School bullying is mainly influenced by students and schools at two levels.We should strengthen the formulation and improvement of anti-bullying programs to effectively prevent school bullying.Build a school environment that is nurturing and appreciative of human nature and peers,and create a harmonious and safe campus atmosphere.Strengthen teachers’intervention in student bullying cases and realize the vision of“zero tolerance”for school bullying governance.
