摘要
目的了解中国MSM对于HIV自我检测的接受意愿,为进一步推广HIV自我检测提供参考依据。方法通过中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Science Direct和Web of Science检索有关中国MSM中HIV自我检测的相关研究,对符合纳入标准的文献提取数据后运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入32篇文献,其中中文文献26篇,英文文献6篇,样本总量为40991例。Meta分析得出MSM接受HIV自检意愿率为72%(95%CI:61%~83%),实际自检率为52%(95%CI:42%~62%)。MSM对于尿液自检的接受率77%(95%CI:62%~93%)高于血液自检接受率71%(95%CI:42%~100%)及口腔黏膜渗出液自检的接受率62%(95%CI:43%~80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄<40岁、月收入≥3000元、高中及以下、曾经做过传统HIV检测的MSM对自检的接受率相对较高。结论我国MSM对于HIV自检的接受意愿较高,加强HIV自检在MSM中的推广应用,可有助于了解自身感染状况。
Objective To estimate the acceptability of HIV self-testing(HIVST)among men who have sex with men(MSM)in China and to provide evidence for HIVST promotion.Methods We searched literature from CNKI,Wangfang,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Science Direct,and Web of Science on the acceptance rate of HIVST among MSM in China.A meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.Results 32 publications were included in the analysis with 26 in Chinese and 6 in English.The total sample size was 40,991 MSM.The willingness rate of HIVST was 72%(95%Cl:61%-83%),while the real testing rate was 52%(95%CI:42%-62%).The acceptance rate of urine HIVST was 77%(95%Cl:62%-93%),significantly higher than that for blood HIVST 71%(95%CI:42%-100%)and oral HIVST 62%(95%CI:43%-80%).There was no significant difference in the acceptance rates of reagents for HIVST(online vs offline).The acceptance rate of HIVST was relatively high among MSM who were less than 40 years old,with a monthly income of more than 3000 yuan,with an education of senior high school and below,and having received traditional HIV test.Conclusions The acceptance rate of HIVST among MSM in China was relatively high.Efforts should be made to promote HIVST application among MSM to effectively control HIV transmission.
