摘要
近年来,以黄帚橐吾(Ligularia virgaurea)为优势种的退化草地迅速蔓延,对高寒草地生态和生产功能产生了一定影响。本研究以青海省海晏县黄帚橐吾毒害草型退化草地为研究对象,采用野外调查取样和室内分析相结合的方法,测定放牧利用和围封下植物与土壤养分特征,以分析退化草地黄帚橐吾斑块中植物化学计量学特征及土壤养分对不同管理方式的响应。结果表明:1)禾本科植物的地上生物量在围封样地斑块内显著高于放牧样地斑块内(P<0.05)。2)放牧样地中植物的碳、氮、磷含量及其比值在斑块内外差异不显著,经过围封后,植物的氮含量和氮磷比显著低于放牧样地,碳含量和碳氮比高于放牧样地,且斑块内碳磷比和氮磷比低于斑块外(P<0.05)。3)放牧样地中斑块内土壤速效氮含量显著低于斑块外,围封后全氮和铵态氮含量相比放牧样地显著降低,且斑块内速效磷含量低于斑块外(P<0.05)。4)在放牧条件下,斑块内外微生物量碳、氮、磷含量差异不显著,经过围封后,斑块内土壤微生物量氮和碳含量相比放牧样地显著升高,且显著高于斑块外。因此,放牧样地中黄帚橐吾(L.virgaurea)与群落植物之间的养分吸收达到平衡状态,而围封措施通过改变群落结构影响养分平衡,进而提高优良牧草的竞争力。
In recent years,the rapid spread of degraded grasslands dominated by Ligularia virgaurea has caused a severe impact on the ecological and productive functions of alpine grasslands.This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of plants and soil nutrients in L.virgaurea patches under grazing and enclosed management in a degraded grassland dominated by L.virgaurea in Haiyan County,Qinghai Province.A combination of field survey sample and laboratory analysis was conducted to assess the responses of plant stoichiom‐etry and soil nutrients to different grassland utilization patterns.The results showed that the aboveground biomass of gramineous plants was significantly higher in the enclosed plot compared to the grazing plots(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus contents,and their ratios between the inside and outside of the patches in the grazing plots.Following enclosure,the nitrogen content and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio of plants were significantly lower than those in the grazing plots,while the carbon content and carbon-nitrogen ratio were higher than those in the grazing plots.The carbon-phosphorus ratio and nitrogen-phosphorus ratio inside the patches were lower than those outside the patches(P<0.05).In grazing plots,the soil available nitrogen contents inside the patches were significantly lower than those outside the patches.After enclosure,the total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen contents were significantly lower compared to the grazing plots,and the available phosphorus content inside the patches was lower than that outside the patches(P<0.05).Moreover,in the grazing plots,there were no significant differences in microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus contents between inside and outside the patches.However,after enclosure,the soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents in the patches were significantly higher than those in the grazing plots and outside the patches.These findings suggest that the nutrient uptake between L.virgaurea and the co
