披碱草与紫花苜蓿混贮发酵品质和营养价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)与紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)不同比例混合青贮发酵质量与混贮料营养价值的差异,对披碱草与紫花苜蓿质量比分别为10∶0(A 10 B 0),6∶4(A 6B 4),5∶5(A 5B 5),4∶6(A 4B 6)和0∶10(A 0B 10)5个处理,青贮40 d后进行发酵质量和营养价值分析。结果表明:披碱草单贮pH为4.01,乳酸(LA)、可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)显著高于其他组(P<0.05),氨态氮/总氮(AN/TN)和粗蛋白(CP)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),无丁酸(BA)产生,V-Score评分为92.38,具有优质的发酵品质;随着紫花苜蓿比例的增加,pH、乙酸(AA)、AN/TN、CP、粗灰分(Ash)含量逐渐升高,LA、WSC、NDF、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)含量逐渐下降。由此得出,披碱草单贮能得到发酵品质优良的青贮饲料,但营养价值不如混贮。紫花苜蓿与披碱草混合青贮后能有效弥补紫花苜蓿单贮不易成功的难题和披碱草青贮饲料粗蛋白含量值低的缺点。综上所述,披碱草与紫花苜蓿以6∶4比例混合青贮综合效果最优。 To investigate the difference in fermentation quality and nutritional value of mixed silage of Elymus dahuricus and Medicago sativa in different proportions,the experiment set up 5 treatment groups with a mass ratio of Elymus dahuricus to Medicago sativa of 10∶0(A 10 B 0),6∶4(A 6B 4),5∶5(A 5B 5),4∶6(A 4B 6)and 0∶10(A 0B 10),the fermentation quality and nutritional value were analyzed after 40 days in silage.The results showed that the pH value of ensiled Elymus dahurica was 4.01,the content of lactic acid(LA),soluble carbohydrate(WSC),and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),the contents of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(AN/TN)and crude protein(CP)were significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),no butyric acid(BA)was produced,and the V-Score score was 92.38,with high-quality fermentation quality.With the increase in the proportion of Medicago sativa,the pH,acetic acid(AA),AN/TN,CP,and crude ash(Ash)content were gradually increased,and the content of LA,WSC,NDF,acid detergent fiber(ADF)and crude fat(EE)were decreased gradually.It is concluded that single ensiled Elymus dahuricus can produce silage with good fermentation quality,but its nutritional value is not as good as mixed silage.The mixed silage of Elymus dahuricus and Medicago sativa can effectively make up for the difficulty of single storage of Medicago sativa and the disadvantage of low crude protein content of silage of Elymus dahuricus.To sum up,the effect of mixed silage of Elymus dahuricus and Medicago sativa at a ratio of 6∶4 is best.
