摘要
以研究垫片高温力学性能为目标,研制了垫片高温力学性能试验装置,可实现垫片蠕变松弛、压缩回弹等力学性能测试;试验研究了压缩载荷和试验温度对试验机系统自身变形的影响,针对不同的垫片力学性能试验方案分别提出了变形测量的修正方法,减小了试验机系统的测量误差,极大地提高了垫片变形测量的精度,对垫片力学性能试验测试与研究具有重要意义。
Aiming at studying the mechanical properties of gaskets at high temperature,a high temperature mechanical properties test device was developed to test the mechanical properties of gaskets such as creep relaxation and compression rebound.The influence of compression load and test temperature on the deformation of the testing machine system was studied.The correction method of deformation measurement was proposed for different test schemes of gasket mechanical properties,which reduced the measurement error of the testing machine system and greatly improved the precision of gasket deformation measurement,which was of great significance for the test and research of gasket mechanical properties.
