摘要
大学生志愿者是中国志愿服务活动的主力军,是农村志愿服务中的“先锋力量”。大学生志愿服务能力的提升有利于推进乡村振兴战略的有效落实,缓解乡村振兴服务的供需结构失衡问题,持续推动我国乡村志愿服务工作的有效开展。针对大学生志愿服务活动中存在的问题,需要通过构建引导、协同、保障三种工作机制和提高学生参与志愿服务的积极性,提升大学生参与志愿服务的能力,发挥“政”“校”“企”协同推进等策略,使大学生能够自觉地、积极地参与到乡村振兴服务过程中。
As the"vanguard force"in volunteer service,college students are conducive to promoting the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,alleviating the imbalance of the supply and demand structure of rural revitalization service,and continuously promoting the effective development of rural volunteer service in China.In view of the problems existing in college students'voluntary service activities,it is necessary to build three working mechanisms of guidance,coordination and guarantee,improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in voluntary service,enhance the ability of college students to participate in voluntary service,and give play to such strategies as"government","school"and"enterprise"collaborative promotion,so that college students can consciously and actively participate in the process of rural revitalization.
