摘要
以风洞热阀为研究对象,基于响应面法对风洞热阀的主要构件——阀体的结构进行优化。首先利用三维建模软件建立阀体的参数化模型,导入仿真软件中,计算阀体最大等效应力,对优化目标关于相关参数做敏感性筛选;其次采用中心复合试验方法确定样本点,计算出样本点对应的响应值;最后构建优化参数关于优化目标的回归响应面模型;通过方差分析表、摄动分析图和三维响应面图分析不同参数对优化目标的影响程度。并利用回归分析软件的优化模块进行最优求解,得到最优参数组合。
Taking the heat valve for wind tunnel as the object of research,having the response surface method based to optimize the structure of the wind tunnel heat valve was implemented.Firstly,having Solidworks software adopted to establish parametric model of the valve body,the ANSYS Workbench software employed to calculate the maximum equivalent stress of the valve body,and the sensitivity screening of optimization objectives about optimization parameters implemented;secondly,having the center composite test method used to determine sample points,and the corresponding response values of the sample points calculated;finally,having the regression response surface model of the final component optimization parameters with respect to the optimization objective constructed.Making use of the analysis of variance table,perturbation analysis chart and three-dimensional response surface chart to analyze influence degree of each optimization parameter on the optimization objective was implemented,including making use of the optimization module of Design-Expert software to solve optimal solution can obtain optimal parameter combination.
