摘要
本文考查智慧图书馆服务乡村阅读的现状,论述智慧图书馆服务乡村阅读的重要性,开展实证研究,结合文献调查,发现智慧图书馆服务乡村阅读过程中存在的问题。聚焦乡村智慧阅读,通过梳理信息资源、技术、服务、专业团队、用户这五个要素之间的关系,明晰研究脉络,提出理论模型,从运营机制、制度保障、服务理念、服务品牌四个方面推进智慧图书馆对接乡村,探讨智慧图书馆服务乡村阅读的策略。推动智慧图书馆深化乡村阅读服务,扩大优质阅读服务资源覆盖范围,紧紧围绕“新时代、新农民、新阅读、新发展”展示智慧图书馆阅读特色,以期促进乡村文化教育、终身教育的高质量前行。
This paper examines the current situation of smart library serving rural reading and discusses its importance.The study conducts empirical research,with literature investigation to discover the problems existing in the process of smart library serving rural reading.Focusing on rural smart reading,by sorting out the relationship between the five elemerts of information resources,technology,services,professional teams and users,this paper clarifies the research context and proposes a theoretical model.We will promote smart libraries to connect with rural areas from four aspects:operation mechanism,system guarantee,service corcept and service brand,and explore strategies of smart libraries to serve rural reading.Smart libraries are constructed to deepen rural reading services,expand the coverage of high-quality reading service resources,and showcase the reading characteristics of smart libraries focused on“new era,new farmers,new reading and new development”,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of rural cultural education and lifelong education.
