摘要
基于培养学生创新精神和实践能力的需求,结合科研实践,设计了具有研究性和开放性的综合教学实验,并进行了教学探索。该教学实验项目探究培养模式对动物细胞生长代谢的影响。实验涵盖动物细胞培养模式、细胞生长和代谢动力学参数检测分析等多个环节,综合训练学生生物反应动力学、仪器分析、数据分析等多方面的知识和技能,并且培养学生利用实验数据进行反应器设计的拓展和创新能力。在类似于现实科研工作的场景中,激发学生的科技创新兴趣、培养学生的科技创新能力、实践能力和工程意识。
Based on the training requirements of innovative and practical ability of students,a research-oriented and comprehensive experiment has been designed and explored in teaching of bioreactor technology course.This experiment focuses on effects of culture model on growth and metabolism of animal cells.This experiment includes experimental units of culture model,kinetics of cell growth and metabolism,and parameter measurements,covers the knowledge and ability training of kinetics of biological reaction,instrumental analysis,data analysis and processing as well.And it cultivates students’ability to expand and innovate in using experimental data for bioreactor design.Through the teaching design and exploration by teachers,students’enthusiasm for research and innovation were inspired,and students’innovative ability and engineering ideas were cultivated in a simulated research-oriented environment in this experiment.
