摘要 目的:针对多自由度载人离心机系统庞大、监控信号多且类型复杂、载荷高等问题,研发一种保护离心机设备和受试者的安全防护系统。方法:该系统采用分布式主从结构设计,硬件由座舱从站、主臂从站、地下室从站和安全主站等组成,其中主站采用西门子S7-400 PLC实现,从站采用西门子ET200M远程输入/输出(input/output,I/O)模块进行配置。从站采集离心机分部件状态参数并进行整合,主站获取从站数据,经分析后采取警告、报警和急停等措施保护系统安全。上位机软件平台基于LabVIEW 2018开发。结果:该系统能够实现对多自由度载人离心机状态参数的实时监控、报警推送和应急处理等功能,保护离心机设备和受试者安全。结论:该系统具有监控颗粒度高、保护全面等优点,能够满足载人离心机运行和维护的多级安全监控需求。 Objective To develop a distributed safety protection system for the multi-degree-of-freedom human centrifuge to solve the problems of huge size, multiple and complex monitoring signals and high G. Methods The safety protection system was designed with a distributed master-slave architecture, which consisted of a safety master station and three slave stations of cockpit, main arm and basement. The master station was implemented with a Siemens S7-400 PLC and the slave stations were configured with Siemens ET200M remote input/output(I/O) modules. The slave stations collected and integrated the status parameters of the centrifuge components, then the master station acquired the slave station data and takes measures such as warning, alarm and emergency shutdown after analysis to protect the system safety. The upper computer software platform was developed based on LabVIEW 2018. Results The system designed could be used to protect equipment and subject safety by real-time monitoring, alarm information pushing and emergency response for the status parameters of the multi-degreeof-freedom human centrifuge. Conclusion The system designed gains advantages in high-granularity monitoring and comprehensive protection, and can meet the multi-level safety monitoring requirements of the human centrifuge operation and maintenance.
