摘要
彭氏眼针疗法是著名针灸学家彭静山教授首创,是彭教授在经典医学古籍启发下,结合临证经验,继承创新而成的独特的微针疗法。文章系统梳理彭氏眼针疗法理论的形成与发展,阐明其核心理论,提出五轮八廓学说是彭氏眼针疗法形成的理论基础,观眼识病(证)是辨病(证)关键,八区十三穴是理论体系核心,眼针带针康复疗法是现代创新模式。并通过优势病种临床应用文献分析,阐明彭氏眼针疗法临床疗效,充分体现其独创之处。
PENGs’eye acupuncture therapy is a micro-needle therapy pioneered by the famous acupuncturist professor PENG Jing-shan.It is a unique therapy inspired by classical medical books and combined with clinical experience.This article systematically sorts out the formation and development of eye acupuncture therapy theory,and clarifies the core theory of PENGs’eye acupuncture therapy.It is put forward that the theory of five rounds and eight contours is the theoretical basis of PENGs’eye acupuncture therapy.Eye observation and disease recognition(syndrome)is the key to the dialectic(syndrome).Eight areas and 13 points are the core of the theoretical system.Eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy is the modern innovative model.And through the analysis of the clinical application literature of dominant diseases,the clinical efficacy of PENGs’eye acupuncture therapy is clarified,which fully reflects its originality.
