摘要
鉴于国内铅锌冶炼企业亏损占比近1/3的情况,从铅锌冶炼企业工艺选择、地址选择、原料结构、资源回收能力、能源单耗水平、劳动生产率等方面进行对比分析,提出铅锌冶炼企业竞争力提升建议。对于拟新建的企业,审慎工艺选择、地址选择、设备机械化自动化设计,从而赢得先天优势。对于已建成的企业,通过调整原料结构、提升资源回收能力、降低能源单耗、提高劳动生产率,从而压减成本,增加收益。
In view of the loss of domestic lead-zinc smelting enterprises accounts for nearly 1/3, from the process selection, address selection, raw material structure, resource recovery capacity, energy single consumption level, labor productivity and other aspects of lead and zinc smelting enterprises. For the proposed new enterprises, careful process selection, address selection, equipment mechanization automation design, so as to win innate advantages. For the completed enterprises, by adjusting the raw material structure, improving the resource recovery capacity, reducing the energy single consumption, so as to reduce the costs and increase the profits, and improving the labor productivity.
