摘要
对医疗废物高温蒸汽灭菌处理的工艺流程及灭菌效果进行了深入的工程分析及研究。结果表明,本项目高温灭菌处理主工艺路线分脉动—升温—灭菌—排汽干燥等环节,处理时长75~90 min;医疗废物经过134℃、220 kPa、45 min的高温灭菌处理后,达到灭菌效果。根据空载模拟实验可以得出,灭菌时间45 min时处理效果保障性高。
The process flow and sterilization effect of high-temperature steam sterilization on medical waste are deeply analyzed and studied.The results showed that the main process of high temperature sterilization was divided into"pulse—temperature rise—sterilization—steam exhaust drying",and the treatment time was about 75-90 minutes.After high temperature sterilization at 134℃,220 kPa and 45 min,the medical waste can reach the sterilization effect.According to the no-load simulation experiment,it can be concluded that the treatment effect is highly guaranteed when the sterilization time is 45 min.
