摘要
目的:通过德尔菲法及共识会议法编制中风后肩手综合征中医评估量表,为量表的编制提供依据。方法:在前期文献调研的基础上编制中风后肩手综合征中医评估量表专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法及共识会议法集成专家对量表构建过程中的意见,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:第一轮专家咨询发出问卷30份,回收17份,问卷回收率为56.7%(17/30)。第二轮专家咨询发出问卷17份,回收16份,问卷回收率为94.1%(16/17)。第一轮和第二轮专家的积极系数分别为56.7%和94.1%,权威系数分别为86.0%和86.5%。第二轮调查专家意见的总体协调系数为25.3%。纳入的条目经初步筛选后剩余11个条目,两轮德尔菲法及共识会议法共删除了2个条目,修改了6个条目的语言描述,补充了1个条目,最终确定10个条目。结论:本研究通过德尔菲法及共识会议法编制了中风后肩手综合征中医评估量表,所参与的专家权威程度均较高,第二轮专家意见的集中程度及协调程度较第一轮提高,结合共识会议法,最终形成了由10个条目组成的中风后肩手综合征中医评估量表,经测量特性考评后可应用于临床。
Objective:To develop the Chinese medicine assessment scale of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke by Delphi method and consensus conference method,so as to provide the basis for the development of the scale.Methods:The expert consultation questionnaire of Chinese medicine assessment scale for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was developed on the basis of previous literature research.Delphi method and consensus conference method were used to integrate experts'opinions in the process of scale development,and the survey results were analyzed.Results:In the first round of expert consultation,30 questionnaires were sent out and 17 were returned,with the recovery rate of 56.7%(17/30).In the second round of expert consultation,17 questionnaires were sent out and 16 were returned,with the recovery rate of 94.1%(16/17).The positive coefficients of experts were 56.7%and 94.1%respectively in the first and second round of expert consultation.The authority coefficient was 86.0%and 86.5%respectively in the first and second round of expert consultation.The overall coordination coefficient of expert opinions in the second round of survey was 25.3%.Totally 11 items were retained after preliminary screening.In the process,two items were deleted.The language description of six items was modified and one item was added.And 10 items were finally determined.Conclusion:In this study,Chinese medicine assessment scale of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was developed by Delphi method and consensus conference method.The degree of authority of the experts was high,and the degree of concentration and coordination of the second round of expert opinions were higher than that of the first round.According to Delphi method and consensus conference method,the Chinese medicine assessment scale of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke composed was finally formed with 10 items,which can be applied to clinical practice after the evaluation of measurement characteristics.
