Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2019

摘要 目的 分析2019年上海市闵行区食源性疾病主动监测数据,为闵行区制定食品安全有效防控措施提供参考依据。方法 对国家食源性疾病监测网上上海市闵行区18家哨点医院2019年的致病菌检测数据进行分析。结果 2019年上海市闵行区共有食源性疾病就诊病例3 310例,20~<35岁年龄组就诊病例最多,1 137例,占34.35%;职业占比最多的是干部职员,998例,占30.15%;第三季度就诊病例人数最多,1 048例,占31.66%。采集样本2 134份,检出病原体209例,总检出率为9.79%。沙门菌检出率最高(4.08%,87/209),其次是致泻大肠埃希菌(2.95%,63/209)、副溶血性弧菌(1.87%,40/209)、诺如病毒(0.89%,19/209)。不同季节病原体检出率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=86.969,P<0.01),第三季度病原体检出率最高(14.72%,97/659)。男性病例病原体检出率高于女性(χ^(2)=0.91,P<0.05)。不同年龄病例病原体检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.268,P<0.05),35~<50岁年龄组病原体检出率最高(14.43%,72/499)。可疑暴露食品前5位依次为肉类制品、水产动物类、水果类及其制品、粮食类制品和蔬菜类。最大可疑进食场所为家庭158例(75.6%,158/209)。结论 2019年上海市闵行区食源性疾病病原谱中细菌和病毒呈明显季节性高峰,以沙门菌、致泻大肠埃希菌、副溶血性弧菌和诺如病毒为主,应针对不同季节流行特征和人群特征开展食源性疾病防控措施。 Objective To analyze the active monitoring data of foodborne diseases in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2019,provide scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures for food safety in Minhang District.Methods The pathogenic bacteria detection data of 18 sentinel hospitals in Minhang District of Shanghai from the national foodborne disease surveillance network were analyzed.Results In 2019,there were 3 310 cases of foodborne diseases in Minhang District of Shanghai.The group aged 20-<35 had the most cases (1 137 cases,34.35%),the occupation of cadres accounted for the largest proportion(998 cases,30.15%),and the number of cases in the third quarter was the most (1 048 cases,31.66%).2 134 samples were collected,209 pathogens were detected,and the total detection rate was 9.79%.The detection rate of Salmonella was the highest(4.08%,87/209),followed by diarrhea causing Escherichia coli (2.95%,63/209),Vibrio parahaemolyticus(1.87%,40/209)and norovirus(0.89%,19/209).The difference in the pathogen detection rate among different seasons was statistically significant(χ^(2)=86.969,P<0.01),and the pathogen detection rate was the highest in the third quarter(14.72%,97/659).The pathogen detection rate in male cases was higher than that in female cases(χ^(2)=0.91,P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the pathogen detection rate among different age groups(χ^(2)=17.268,P<0.05),and the pathogen detection rate was the highest in the age group of35-<50 years old.The top five suspicious exposed foods were meat products,aquatic animals,fruits and their products,grain products and vegetables.The largest suspicious eating place was home (75.6%,158/209).Conclusion There shows an obvious seasonal peaks above bacteria and viruses in the pathogenic spectrum of foodborne diseases in Minhang District in 2019,which are mainly Salmonella,diarrhea causing Escherichia coli,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and norovirus,and the prevention and control measures of foodborne diseases should be carried out ac
