摘要
为提升劳动生产率和企业经济效益,指出机械设备维护保养工作的重要作用:降低设备故障发生率,延长机械设备使用寿命。分析了机械设备管理与维护保养工作现状:机械设备管理体系存在隐患,机械设备维护与保养意识缺乏,机械设备维护保养技术匮乏。提出改进建议:完善机械设备管理与维护保养工作相关制度,强化意识,提升技术水平,细化各项管理工作,从管理理念上做出改变,从制度和行动上予以重视,延长机械设备的使用寿命,为企业创造更大的经济价值。
In order to promote the labor productivity and enterprise economic benefit,the research points out the important function of mechanical equipment maintenance,i.e.the decrease of equipment malfunction occurrence rate,and the extension of the utilization life of mechanical equipment.Then the research analyzes the present situation of mechanical equipment management and maintenance,i.e.the hidden danger of mechanical equipment management system,and lack of the consciousness and technology of mechanical equipment maintenance and care.Suggestions are proposed,i.e.to perfect the related system of mechanical equipment management and maintenance,intensify consciousness,improve technological level,refine various management work,change management concept,pay attention to the system and action,and prolong the utilization life of mechanical equipment,in order to provide more economic value for the enterprises.
