摘要 海洋管道设计是海洋油气输送的重要环节。为了提高海洋管道设计的质量和效率,基于不规则三角网建模原理、三角形条带法建模原理以及CAD软件的二次开发,着重分析了总布置图比例自适应、路由图平面图分幅、路由图纵断面图调整等算法,研发了海洋管道路由及结构数字化设计平台。研究结果表明:①海洋管道路由及结构数字化设计平台可实现海洋管道路由三维可视化设计、结构基于规范标准自动计算、路由总布置图和路由图自动绘制;②系统提高了路由选线精度,缩短了结构计算、总布置图和路由图绘制时间,实现了海洋管道路由及结构设计流程化、标准化,避免了人为主观意识干扰,提升了出图质量与效率;③与常用的二维平面设计相比,定性与定量相结合的三维设计为路由合理选择提供了更多数据支撑;④与其他海洋管道设计商业软件相比,该设计平台贯穿海洋管道路由选择、结构计算、总布置和路由图绘制等不同设计内容,各设计内容无需人工传递数据,解决了不同软件数据格式不兼容的问题。结论认为,该设计平台可应用到海洋管道的整个设计周期内,有效提高了海洋管道的设计质量和效率,具有推广应用价值。 Offshore pipeline design is one important link of offshore oil and gas transportation.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of offshore pipeline design,this paper mainly analyzes the adaptive scale of general layout,the plan division of route map and the adjustment of longitudinal section of route map and other algorithms based on the secondary development of CAD software,according to the irregular triangulation network modeling principle and the triangular strip modeling principle.In addition,the digital design platform of marine pipeline route and structure is developed.And the following research results are obtained.First,the digital design platform of offshore pipeline route and structure can realize the three-dimensional visual design of offshore pipeline route,the automatic calculation of structure based on specifications and standards and the automatic drawing of general route layout and route map.Second,this platform systematically improves the route selection accuracy and shortens the structure calculation time and the general layout and route map drawing time.What's more,it realizes the process and standardization of offshore pipeline route and structure design,avoids the interference of personal subjective consciousness and improves drawing quality and efficiency.Third,compared with the commonly used two-dimensional plane design,the three-dimensional design with combined qualification and quantification provides more data support for rational route selection.Fourth,compared with the other commercial software for offshore pipeline design,this design platform has different design content,such as route selection,structure calculation,and general layout and route map drawing,and each of them does not need manual data transmission,which solves the incompatibility of data formats between different software.In conclusion,the design platform is applicable to the whole cycle of offshore pipeline design,and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of offshore pipeline design,so it is worth app
