摘要
人才培养是落实乡村振兴战略的首要条件和重要保障,乡土人才既承担着技艺传承,又能带动产业发展,实现自主致富,并带动周边人群共同致富。为满足新时代职业教育的专业升级和数字化改造需要,文章以无锡地区职业院校为例,探讨了乡村振兴战略背景下艺术设计类职业人才培养存在的问题及解决办法。
Talent training is the priority and important guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Local talents not only undertake the mission of inheriting traditional skills,but also promoting the development of the industry,achieving independent prosperity,and leading the surrounding people to amass fortune together.In order to meet the requirements of professional upgrading and digital transformation of vocational education in the new era,the article takes vocational schools in Wuxi as an example to discuss the problems and solutions in the cultivation of art and design professional talents under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.
