摘要
介绍离心通风机的工作原理及基本构造,对离心通风机振动故障产生的主要原因及相关特征频率进行了阐述,通过引用通风机典型故障案例,对风机联轴器不对中、转子不平衡及轴承故障现象,采用频谱分析仪采集数据进行分析诊断,准确查找设备故障原因,解决设备故障问题。
In this paper,the working principle and basic structure of the centrifugal fan are introduced,and the main causes of the vibration failure of the centrifugal fan and the related characteristic frequency are expounded.By quoting the typical failure cases of fan,the misalignment of fan coupling and rotor imbalance and bearing failure are analyzed and diagnosed.Adopting the spectrum analyzer to collect data,the cause of equipment failures are found out accurately to solve the problem of equipment failure.
