摘要
肝癌的发病率及死亡率在中国乃至全世界长期居于高位,随着生活水平的提高,人民越来越注重维生素的补充,适当、合理应用维生素尤为重要。每种维生素功能不同,近年来多种维生素被发现与肝癌有一定相关性,其在肝癌防治方面的应用也备受关注。维生素的检测方便、快捷,可作为肝癌进展、预后的预测因子。维生素经济易得,不良反应低,有望成为更新、更有效的抗肝癌药物。根据目前国内外的研究进展,本文就维生素与肝癌的关系做一综述。
The morbidity and mortality of hepatic carcinoma have been high in China and the world for years.With the improvement of living standards,a dramatically increasing number of citizens are paying attention to vitamins supplementation.Appropriate and rational use of vitamins is particularly important.Each vitamin has different functions.In recent years,multivitamins have been found to have a certain correlation with hepatic carcinoma.Their application in the prevention and treatment of hepatic carcinoma has also received much attention.The detection of vitamins is convenient and fast,which can predict the progression and prognosis of hepatic carcinoma.Vitamins are economically available and have low side effects,which are expected to become newer and more effective anti-hepatic carcinoma drugs.According to the current research progress at home and abroad,this article reviews the relationship between vitamins and hepatic carcinoma.
