摘要
采用阴离子原位聚合法制备了MC尼龙/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,考察了PTFE微粉对复合材料的聚合效果、力学性能、结晶度、熔点、摩擦系数和磨损量的影响。结果表明:添加PTFE微粉不影响MC尼龙的聚合,但是会降低材料的结晶度。随着PTFE微粉用量的增加,摩擦系数与磨损量呈现先减少后增加的趋势,当PTFE质量分数为5%时,MC尼龙/PTFE复合材料的耐磨性最佳,摩擦系数为0.191,磨损量为0.11 mg。
MC Nylon/PTFE composites were prepared by anionic in-situ polymerization.The effects of PTFE powder on polymerizing effect,mechanical properties,the degree of crystallinity,melting point,the friction coefficient and the wear amount of the composites were studied.The results show that the addition of PTFE powder doesn't affect the polymerization of the maxerial,but it reduces the degree of crystallinity of the material.With the increase of the amount of the PTFE powder,the friction coefficient and wear rate present trend of decreasing first and then increasing.When the mass fraction of PTFE is 5%,MC nylon/PTFE composite reflects the best wear resistance,the friction coefficient is 0.191,and the abrasion is 0.11 mg.
