摘要
本文以金鸡滩煤矿大断面切眼:11.0 m×4.8 m为研究对象,采用3dec数值模型研究了切眼宽度从7~11 m变化过程中围岩的响应特征。研究结果:切眼宽度增大的过程中围岩的破坏类型依然是压剪破坏,没有出现拉破坏;两帮的支持压力峰值增大,但峰值位置没有变化。用工程类比和理论分析的方法确定采锚杆索支护参数。矿压观测结果:该超大断面切眼掘进稳定期为11 d左右,经过80 d的矿压观测,两帮移近量112 mm,顶底板移近量147 mm,顶板离层量6 mm。超大断面的工业性试验成功,丰富了我国巷道支护的成果,可为类似条件下切眼开挖提供借鉴。
In this paper,the large section open-off cut of Jinjitan Coal Mine:11.0 m×4.8 m was taken as the research object.The 3DEC numerical model was used to study the response characteristics of surrounding rock during the change of open-off cut width from 7m to 11m.The research results show that,when the width of open-off cut increases,the failure type of surrounding rock is still compression shear failure without tensile failure.And the peak pressure of the two sides increased,but the peak position did not change.Mine pressure observation results:the stability period of this super-large section open-off cut excavation is about 11 days.After 80 days of mine pressure observation,the displacement of the two sides is 112 mm,the displacement of the roof and floor is 147 mm,and the displacement of the roof is 6mm.The success of industrial tests on super-large sections enriches the results of roadway support in China,and can provide reference for open-cut excavation under similar conditions.
