摘要
目的探讨晚期胃癌患者给予阿帕替尼辅助化疗的可行性。方法选择2017年8月至2018年12月60例晚期胃癌患者,常规分为两组,其中分为常规化疗组30例,单纯给予晚期胃癌患者常规的化疗方案,阿帕替尼辅助化疗组30例,在常规化疗组的基础上加用阿帕替尼。比较两组晚期胃癌疗效;开始治疗至随访生存时间;治疗前后患者健康指数、生存量表的评分值;化疗不良反应发生率。结果阿帕替尼辅助化疗组晚期胃癌疗效、开始治疗至随访生存时间、健康指数、生存量表的评分值相比较常规化疗组更好,P<0.05。阿帕替尼辅助化疗组化疗不良反应发生率和常规化疗组之间无显著差异,P>0.05。结论晚期胃癌患者给予阿帕替尼辅助化疗效果确切,可获得较好的效果,可更好延长患者的生存时间,提高患者的生存质量,并改善患者的健康水平,是一种值得推广的临床治疗方案。
Objective To explore the feasibility of adjuvant apatinib chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods From August 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and divided into two groups routinely,of which 30 patients were divided into the conventional chemotherapy group,the patients with advanced gastric cancer were given the conventional chemotherapy regimen,and the apatinib adjuvant chemotherapy group was 30 patients,apatinib was added to the conventional chemotherapy group.The efficacy of advanced gastric cancer was compared between the two groups;the survival time from the beginning of treatment to follow-up;the scores of the patient's health index and survival scale before and after treatment;the incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions.Results The apatinib adjuvant chemotherapy group had better efficacy in advanced gastric cancer,survival time from treatment to follow-up,health index,and survival scale scores than the conventional chemotherapy group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the apatinib adjuvant chemotherapy group and the conventional chemotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant chemotherapy with apatinib for patients with advanced gastric cancer has a definite effect,can obtain better results,can better prolong the survival time of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the health of patients.It is a clinical treatment plan worth promoting.
