摘要
新型举国体制以其社会主义市场经济条件下集中力量办大事的优越性,在我国科技、体育和经济发展过程中都发挥了重要作用。学界通过传统举国体制与新型举国体制的比较,围绕新型举国体制的基本内涵、特征优势、实践应用及构建路径等方面展开了讨论,取得了丰硕的研究成果,但也存在内容重复、视野狭窄等问题,这为后续进行新型举国体制的深入研究提供了广阔的视域和空间。
The new national system plays an important role in the development of science,sports,technology and economy in China,due to its advantages of concentrating resources to accomplish major missions under the condition of socialist market economy.Through the comparison between the traditional national system and the new one,the academic circle has carried out discussions on the basic connotations,characteristics and advantages,practical application and construction path of the new national system,and achieved fruitful research results.However,there are still such problems as repetition of content and narrow vision,which leaves broad space for further research on the new national system.
