摘要
目的探讨滋肝养肾复脉汤联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法根据双盲法将湖南中医药大学附属常德医院2018年4月—2020年5月收治的88例帕金森患者分为两组,各44例。对照组服用左旋多巴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用滋肝养肾复脉汤治疗,治疗2个月后,比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、生活质量、血清指标、不良反应。结果治疗后,比较两组治疗有效率,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MoCA,UPDRS,PDQ-39评分相比,观察组MoCA高于对照组,UPDRS,PDQ-39评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组UA,Hcy水平相比,观察组UA水平高于对照组,Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肝养肾复脉汤联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病,可修复神经功能,改善认知功能,还可提高日常生活能力,改善生活质量,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zigan Yangshen Fumai Decoction(滋肝养肾复脉汤) combined with levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods According to the double-blind method,88 Parkinson’s patients admitted to Changde Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa,and the observation group was treated with Zigan Yangshen Fumai Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,cognitive function,quality of life,serum indicatorsand adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the observation groups rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA,UPDRS and PDQ-39 in the two groups were compared.The MoCA of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of UPDRS and PDQ-39 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of UA and Hcy in the two groups were compared.The UA level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Hcy level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zigan Yangshen Fumai Decoction combined with levodopa can repair nerve function and improve cognitive function in patients with Parkinson’s disease.It can also improve the ability of daily living and improve the quality of life with high safety.
