摘要
采用柠檬酸钠还原法合成了粒径为20nm的银纳米粒子。试验发现,在弱碱性条件下,PCMX(对氯间二甲苯酚)对纳米银催化的鲁米诺-NCS(N-氯丁二酰亚胺)化学发光体系有强烈的抑制作用,据此建立了测定痕量PCMX的新方法。对各个实验条件进行了优化选择,该法测定PCMX的线性范围为8.0×10-9~2.0×10-7mol·L^(-1)(0.9982),检出限为3.73×10-9mol·L^(-1)。对浓度为1.0×10-7mol·L^(-1)的PCMX溶液进行11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.12%。该方法可灵敏准确的测定环境水中痕量PCMX的含量。
Silver nanoparticles with a diameter of 20nm were synthesized by sodium citrate reduction.A new method for the determination of trace PCMX was developed based on the strong inhibitory effect of PCMX on the chemiluminescence system of AgNPs-luminol-NCS in alkaline medium.Under optimized experimental conditions,the linear range of PCMX was 8.0×10-9~2.0×10-7mol·L^(-1)(0.9982),the detection limit was 3.73×10-9mol·L^(-1).For PCMX solution with concentrations of 1.0×10-7mol·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation of 11 parallel assays was 1.12%,respectively.The method is sensitive and accurate for the determination of trace PCMX in ambient water.
