摘要
为了提高我国护理人员对大型突发事件的应急和救护能力,作者提出了建立一个较大规模的以高适应性为特点的综合型护理人才梯队的构想,分析了建立高适应性综合型护理人才培养体系的必要性,并探讨了体系构架以及培养对象的选拔、培训和认证考核等内容。
In order to improve the emergency and rescue ability of nursing staff in China,the authors put forward the idea of establishing a large-scale comprehensive nursing talent echelon characterized by high adaptability,analyzed the necessity of establishing a high adaptability comprehensive nursing talent training system,and discussed the system framework and the selection,training and certification of training objects,etc.
