摘要
主要研究综合资源管理系统在规划任务和调度资源时需要的功能单元,并研究了对应的功能单元可能需要的一些知识库,以及综合资源管理系统与专业资源管理系统可能的业务需求,同时研究了资源规划调度管理员的层级分类的职责权限,构建出综合资源管理系统与专业资源管理系统协同规划调度的流程框架和机制。
This paper mainly studies the functional units required by the integrated resource management system when planning tasks and scheduling resources,and studies some knowledge bases that the corresponding functional units may need,as well as the possible business requirements of the integrated resource management system and the professional resource management system.At the same time,the hierarchical classification of responsibilities and authority of resource planning and scheduling administrators is established,and a process framework and mechanism for collaborative planning and scheduling of integrated resource management systems and professional resource management systems is constructed.
