摘要
近年来,城市内涝灾害频发,提高市政排水设施的排水能力是缓解城市内涝的最有效措施。道路雨水口是地表径流与地下雨水管网之间的连接点,其泄流效率是决定市政排水系统排水能力的关键指标。以道路雨水口为研究对象,结合对雨水口类型和构造特点、雨水口泄流过程、雨水口设计思路和明渠流水力分析,推导雨水口泄流量的理论计算公式。该公式说明雨水口泄流量与多因素相关,包括雨水口进水篦子的开孔面积(雨水篦子型式)、路面粗糙程度、路面径流量和道路坡度,同时验证现行标准中对国标型雨水口泄流能力值定义的局部性。
In recent years,urban waterlogging disasters occur frequently in China.Therefore,improving the drainage efficiency of existing municipal facilities is the most effective measure to alleviate urban waterlogging.The street inlets serve as the linkage between the surface drainage system and the underground sewer system,and the hydraulic efficiency is the key element to determine the drainage capacity of municipal drainage system.This paper takes the street inlet’s types,structural characteristics,the discharge process,the design procedure as well as its hydraulic characteristics during discharge into consideration,and the theoretical formula for calculating the captured runoff by the street inlet is derived.This formula shows that the captured runoff is related to many factors,including the open area of street inlet,the roughness of road surface,the runoff flow rate and the longitudinal and cross slope of the road.Meanwhile,it indicates the limitation of discharge capacity defined in existing national standard street inlet standards.
