摘要
针对某酸轧机组TMEIC激光焊机焊缝断带率高、焊缝质量稳定性差的问题,结合焊缝断口形貌和轧后焊缝表面裂纹缺陷形貌的分析,得到问题产生的原因是设备精度不足产生焊缝成形缺陷而导致。为此,对焊机关键设备(夹钳、双边剪、支撑轮)精度进行了测量和调整,总结出其精度的控制措施,并制定了完善的维护测量标准。采用控制措施后,连续数月实现了焊缝零断带,保证了机组的稳定运行。
Aiming at the problems of high strip breakage rate and poor welding quality stability of welding seam of TMEIC laser welding machine in a pickling line and tandem cold mill,combined with the analysis of the welding seam fracture morphology and the welding seam surface crack morphology after rolling,the reason was found out,which the lack of precision of the equipment causes defects in the welding seam forming.Therefore,the accuracy of the key equipment(clamp,double side shear,support wheels)of the welding machine was measured and adjusted,the control measures for the accuracy of the key equipment of the welding machine were summarized,and perfect maintenance measurement standards were formulated for them.After adopting control measures,zero-breaking of strip welding seam had been achieved for several months,which ensured the stable operation of the unit.
