摘要
2016年版《煤矿安全规程》第四百二十五条规定:机械制动装置应当采用弹簧式,能实现工作制动和安全制动。工作制动必须采用可调节的机械制动装置。安全制动必须有并联冗余的回油通道。目前在用的18台提升绞车液压站的系统管路,仅有一台液压站电磁阀能够在紧急制动时卸荷,不能满足上述要求,故必须对控制阀组进行改造或者更换液压站。通过技术改造,该液压站提高了提升绞车运行的安全可靠性。
The 425th of Coal Mine Safety Regulations(2016 Edition)stipulates that the mechanical braking device shall be of spring type,which can realize working braking and safety braking.Adjustable mechanical braking device must be used for service braking.Safety braking must have parallel redundant oil return channel.At present,only one solenoid valve of 18 hydraulic stations in use can unload in emergency braking,which can not meet the requirements of aforementioned regulations.Therefore,the control valve group must be reformed or replaced.The hydraulic station improved the safety and reliability of hoist operation through technical transformation.
