摘要
目的探讨保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎(RVC)的临床效果及对阴道分泌物炎症因子的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例RVC患者,将其随机分为试验组(n=50,保妇康栓+雌激素软膏)和对照组(n=50,雌激素软膏)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平均降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MDA水平均降低,SOD水平均升高,且试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗RVC的临床效果显著,可调节机体氧化应激状态,下调阴道分泌物中炎性因子表达,减轻局部炎症反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of recurrent vaginal candidasis(RVC)and its influence on inflammatory factors of vaginal secretion.Methods A total of 100 patients with RVC admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=50,Baofukang suppository+estrogen ointment)and control group(n=50,estrogen ointment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6,and IL-10 in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA level of the two groups decreased,and the SOD level increased,and those in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of RVC has a significant clinical effect,which can regulate the body's oxidative stress state,down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors in vaginal secretions,and reduce local inflammation response.
