摘要
目的:探讨中文版匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表在护理人群中应用的信度和效度。方法:2019年8月采用方便抽样的方法抽取汕头市某三甲医院720名护理人员作为调查对象,采用中文版PSQI量表进行调查;1个月后随机抽取20名调查对象进行重测,采用多个信度和效度指标对量表进行评价。结果:调查对象的PSQI总分平均为(6.68±3.06)分。量表条目的总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.87,分半信度系数为0.87。使用验证性因子分析进行结构效度评价发现,调整后三因子结构模型的拟合效果较好(拟合优度指数为0.97,调整拟合优度指数为0.92)。以调查对象主观睡眠质量的好、差作为分组效标,PSQI总分的组间差异具有统计学意义,绘制的PSQI总分ROC曲线下面积为0.90 (95%CI:0.88~0.92,P<0.001)。分界点为6.5时,约登指数最高,灵敏度与特异度分别为86.9%和77.4%。结论:中文版PSQI量表用于护理人群的睡眠质量评估具有较高的信度与效度。
Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in nursing population.Methods:In August 2019,720 nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Shantou were selected as the survey objects by convenient sampling method,and the Chinese version of PSQI scale was used for investigation;after one month,20 subjects were randomly selected for retest,and multiple reliability and validity indexes were used to evaluate the scale.Results:The average score of PSQI was(6.68±3.06).The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale items was 0.87,and the split half reliability coefficient was0.87.Confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity.It was found that the fitting effect of the adjusted three factor structural model was better(the goodness of fit index was 0.97,and the adjusted goodness of fit index was 0.92).The area under ROC curve of PSQI was 0.90(95%CI:0.88~0.92,P<0.001).When the cutoff point was 6.5,the Youden index was the highest,the sensitivity and specificity were 86.9%and 77.4%,respectively.Conclusion:The Chinese version of PSQI scale has high reliability and validity in evaluating the sleep quality of nursing population.
