摘要
目的分析健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中效果。方法在该院患者中选取2018年10月—2019年9月共120例糖尿病患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将其对半分为对照组和实验组。比较患者护理后的血糖,比较患者焦虑(SAS)/抑郁(SDS)评分,比较两组患者的生活质量,比较患者对护理的满意度。结果实验组患者的护理后的血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.590,P=0.000);实验组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.140、46.000,P=0.000);实验组患者的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.500、9.890、8.540、9.800,P=0.000);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.220,P=0.030)。结论健康教育临床护理路径可以有效降低患者血糖,提升患者的生活质量和满意度,降低患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education clinical nursing pathway applied to diabetes clinical nursing.Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects in the hospital,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in half by computer random method.Compare the blood glucose of patients after nursing,compare the patients'anxiety(SAS)/depression(SDS)score,compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients,and compare the satisfaction of patients with nursing.Results The blood glucose of patients in the experimental group after care was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant difference(t=4.590,P=0.000);the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=16.140,46.000,P=0.000);the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,was statistically significant(t=13.500,9.890,8.540,9.800,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significantly difference(χ2=4.220,P=0.030)Conclusion The clinical nursing path of health education can effectively reduce patients'blood glucose,improve patients'quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce patients'anxiety and depression.
