摘要
为提高煤矿生活污水营养型污染物处理效果,利用固定床生物膜反应器深度处理二级生化出水,分析污染物去除效果,获得水力停留时间、碳氮质量浓度比、固定床载体区高度等关键参数。结果表明,在水力停留时间为1.4 h、载体区高度为1.4 m、COD当量投加80 mg/L乙酸钠的条件下连续运行7 d,反应器出水COD、NH+4N、TN、TP最大质量浓度分别为17.8、0.83、3.67和0.53 mg/L,平均去除率分别为85.1%、65.8%、83.6%和45.3%。实验优化确定的最佳参数为水力停留时间为1.17 h、碳氮质量浓度比为4、载体区高度为1.2 m,脱氮除碳效果可达到我国煤矿生活污水处理厂高标准改造需求。
This paper seeks to improve the removal effect of nutritional pollutant of coal mine domestic sewage.The study involves treating two-stage biochemical effluent using the fixed-bed biofilm reactor;analyzing the pollutant removal effect;and obtaining the key parameters,carbon-nitrogen ratio and carrier area height.The results demonstrate that 7 day’s running in the presence of 1.4 h of hydraulic retention time,1.4 m of carrier area height and equivalent 80 mg/L of COD sodium acetate dosage provides the maximum mass concentration of 17.8,0.83,3.67 and 0.53 mg/L,respectively for COD,NH+4N,TN and TP in the reactor effluent,with the mean removal rates of 85.1%,65.8%,83.6%and 45.3%.The optimal parameters determined by experimental optimization are hydraulic retention time 1.17 h,carbon-nitrogen mass concentration ratio 4,and carrier height 1.2 m,enabling the nitrogen and carbon removal up to the high standard renovation requirements of coal mine domestic sewage treatment plants in China.
