摘要
从采煤机控制、液压支架控制系统、输送机控制系统、综采自适应过流保护系统、“三机”工况故障诊断系统和预警系统等方面对自动化技术在综采工作面上的应用做了深入分析。分析认为,目前综采工作面的自动化技术正在向无人自动化方向和智能化方向发展,在不同的地质条件下,自动化技术的适应性也在不断提高,未来无人工作面采煤工艺智能化发展将成为可能。
The application of automation technology in fully mechanized mining face is deeply analyzed from the aspects of shearer control,hydraulic support control system,conveyor control system,fully mechanized mining adaptive overcurrent protection system,fault diagnosis system of"three machines"working condition and early warning system.At present,the automation technology of fully mechanized mining face is developing towards the direction of unmanned automation and intelligence.Under different geological conditions,the adaptability of automation technology is also improving,and the intelligent mining technology of unmanned working face will become possible step by step in the future.
