摘要
目的研究PDCA循环法和传统教学法对乳腺外科护理教学的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年3月这期间在该院乳腺外科实习护生50名,按照双色球随机分组法分为实验组和参照组,每组25名。参照组实习护生使用传统教学法,实验组实习护生进行PDCA循环教学法。比较两组实习护生考核成绩和实习护生对教学效果的主观评价情况。结果实验组实习护生理论成绩(51.64±5.93)分、实践技能成绩(38.27±2.70)分和综合成绩(86.90±3.97)分均高于参照组(P<0.05),实验组对教学利于激发学习兴趣率92.00%、促进知识理解和掌握率90.00%和提高沟通交流能力率88.00%均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺外科护理教学使用PDCA循环法,可有效提升实习护生学习成绩,提高教学效果评价,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulation method and traditional teaching method on nursing teaching of breast surgery.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,50 cases of internship in breast surgery in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the two-color random grouping method,with 25 cases in each group.The internship nursing students in the reference group used the traditional teaching method,and the internship nursing students in the experimental group performed the PDCA cycle teaching method.The two groups of internship nursing students'assessment results and the subjective evaluation of internship nursing students'teaching effects were compared.Results The theoretical score(51.64±5.93)points,practical skills score(38.27±2.70)points,and comprehensive score(86.90±3.97)points of the experimental nursing students in the experimental group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group was beneficial to teaching.The rate of stimulating learning interest was 92.00%,the rate of promoting knowledge understanding and mastery was 90.00%,and the rate of improving communication ability was 88.00%,which were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the PDCA cycle method in breast surgery nursing teaching can effectively improve the learning performance of internship nursing students,improve the evaluation of teaching effects,and has clinical application value.
