摘要
临床药师通过对1例胃癌术后吻合口瘘并发急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者的抗菌药物选择、药物与营养素相互作用、血糖监测、营养支持治疗等方面进行监护,探讨临床药师参与抗感染和营养支持治疗的切入点。临床药师结合患者病理生理特点和疾病进展,参与制订个体化抗感染治疗方案,推荐个体化营养制剂及合理的营养配方、调整营养支持治疗方式,使患者吻合口加速愈合,感染得到控制,血糖平稳,营养状况恢复。
Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a gastric cancer patient with acute diffuse peritonitis after operation in terms of antimicrobial selection,drug and nutrient interaction,blood glucose monitoring,and nutritional support to explore the possibility of clinical pharmacists participating in the antiinfection treatment.Based on patient’s disease progression and pathological characteristic of physiological changes,they helped form individualized anti-infection treatment plans,recommend individualized nutrition preparation and reasonable formula,and adjust nutrition support,to accelerate the healing of anastomosis,control infection,stabilize blood glucose and restore nutritional status.
