摘要
目的研究苦杏仁苷两种差向异构体的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法研究L-苦杏仁苷在酸性环境下的稳定性,并采用经典恒温法考察D-、L-苦杏仁苷在不同温度、时间的含量变化。结果酸性条件能抑制L-苦杏仁苷的异构。D-、L-苦杏仁苷相互转化到一定比例会达到平衡,Arrhenius方程分别为lgKD=-3817T^-1+9.896(E=73.08kJ·mol^-1)和lgKL=-4131T^-1+10.599(E=79.10 kJ·mol^-1)。结论D-苦杏仁苷较易转化为L-苦杏仁苷,室温下D-、L-苦杏仁苷的反应速率常数分别为1.22×10^-3、5.45×10^-4。
Objective To study the stability of the two epimers of amygdalin.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography method was used to study the stability of L-amygdalin under acidic environment and then the classical homeothermia method was used to investigate the content changes of D-and L-amygdalin at different temperature and time.Results Acidic conditions could inhibit the epimerization of L-amygdalin.D-and Lamygdalin reached equilibrium in epimerization at a certain ratio and the Arrhenius equation of D-and L-amygdalin were IgKD=-3817 T^-1+9.896(E=73.08 kJ·mol^-1)and IgKL=-4131 T^-1+10.599(E=79.10 kJ·mol^-1).Conclusion Damygdalin was easily converted to L-amygdalin and the reaction rate constants of D-and L-amygdalin at room temperature were 1.22×10^-3 and 5.45×10^-4,respectively.
