摘要
目的:探讨基于自我调节理论护理方案结合HBM健康教育在颅内肿瘤手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将70例颅内肿瘤手术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组34例和观察组36例,对照组给予常规护理方法和常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施基于自我调节理论护理方案结合HBM健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后Loewenstein认知功能评定表(LOTCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后LOTCA、MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于自我调节理论护理方案结合HBM健康教育在颅内肿瘤手术患者中应用效果较好,可有效提高患者依从性,改善其认知功能和精神状态,减少不良反应,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of nursing program based on self-regulation theory and HBM health education in patients with intracranial tumor surgery.Methods:According to different nursing methods,70 patients with intracranial tumor surgery were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(36 cases).The control group was given conventional nursing methods and routine health education.On this basis,the observation group was implemented the nursing program based on self-regulation theory combined with HBM health education.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(LOTCA)and Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)were higher in the two groups after nursing than before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of LOTCA and MMSE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing program based on self-regulation theory combined with HBM health education has a good application effect in patients undergoing intracranial tumor surgery.It can effectively improve patients′compliance,enhance their cognitive function and mental state,reduce adverse reactions and increase nursing satisfaction.
