摘要
为失地农民培训、创业环境改善等相关政策的出台提供科学参考,通过问卷方式对创业的失地农民进行调查,从失地农民个人的人力资本和社会资本出发,分析二者和创业能力与创业绩效间的关系。并探讨如何提升失地农民的双重资本水平,增强其创业能力,进而改善其创业绩效。结果表明:失地农民创业者的人力资本、社会资本及创业能力中各项指标与创业绩效呈正相关,其中,创业者的培训状况、技能水平、个人特质等对创业绩效的影响较显著。
The relationships between human capital,social capital of land-lost farmers and their entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial performance are analyzed by investigating land-lost farmer entrepreneurs through questionnaire to provide the scientific basis for relevant policies formulation of land-lost farmers training and entrepreneurial environmental improvement.How to raise double capital level of land-lost farmers and strength their entrepreneurial ability is discussed to improve their entrepreneurial performance.Result:Various indexes of human capital,social capital and entrepreneurial ability of land-lost farmers are positively related to entrepreneurial performance.The training status,skill level and personal traits of entrepreneurs all have the significant effect on entrepreneurial performance.
