边文贵主任医师是新疆生产建设兵团名中医,从事中医临床、科研、教学工作30余年,对中医治疗心血管疾病有独到的认识,慢性心力衰竭是其擅长治疗的病种之一。在治疗慢性心力衰竭时,其主张在传统益气温阳的基础上,重视活血利水、滋补心阴法的运用,临床治疗效果显著。现将边文贵主任医师治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药经验总结如下,并结合典型医案加以说明。
The chief physician BIAN Wen-gui is a famous Chinese medicine doctor of the Xinjiang production and construction corps. He has been engaged in clinical, scientific research, and teaching work of Chinese medicine for more than30 years, with a unique understanding of the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by Chinese medicine. Chronic heart failure is one of the diseases that he is good at treating. In the treatment of chronic heart failure, he advocated that on the basis of traditional Yiqi Wenyang, attention should be paid to the use of promoting blood circulation and alleviate water retention,nourishing heart yin method, and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable. The medication experience of treating chronic heart failure by chief physician BIAN Wen-gui is summarized as follows, and explains with typical medical cases.
